**About the role**
The Customer Insight Analyst will be responsible for Identifying and delivering Customer Insights to various stakeholders within the business. You will deliver actionable insights that facilitate customer centric decision making and improvements in the customers experience and moments that matter.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project manage and deliver new quantitative & qualitative customer research studies from understanding needs to scoping requirements through to data collection and reporting.
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends, patterns and stories told through the available customer data to support the development of insights that can inform Customer change.
- Monitor Customer Experience Measurement data / results & KPI performance to identify and communicate new trends and opportunities to improve performance
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to leverage information and insights across different business areas to help drive the strategy to deliver better customer outcomes and experiences.
- Develop and evolve working practices and tools, to drive continuous improvement and increase the value of insights to stakeholders
- Support the management of programs of work that enhance the customer insights gained by the business
- Manage external Research agencies/suppliers on the support through projects when needed
**You will have**:
- Circa 3+ years' experience in Market Research from an agency background
- Strong Quantitative Research end to end, Qualitative Research an added bonus
- High level proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Research data analysis packages such as Q, SPSS
- Strong experience in compiling and analyzing customer data and communicating to stakeholders
- Experience with Qualtrics preferred or similar
- Excellent communication and confidence when speaking with stakeholders
**Starting as a 12 Month FTC with the view to go perm.**
