**About the role**:
A brand-new opportunity has become available for an experienced Injury Management Coordinator to join our Safety and Wellbeing team on a permanent full-time basis.

Working closely with the Injury Management Lead, you will provide high-level administrative support to the team by coordinating multiple processes, whilst ensuring BaptistCare meets workers’ compensation obligations.

**About you**:
**To be considered, you will have**:

- Previous experience in a workers compensation administration or claims role that includes weekly benefits.
- Exceptional administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritise work and deal with multiple tasks and input sources.
- Experience with a large employer as an Injury Management Consultant or Rehabilitation Provider
- Experience with end-to-end claims management, including the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders highly desirable
- Experience within the aged care or disability sector advantageous
- A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s Vision, Mission and Purpose
