**About the role**

We are seeking an Injury Management Advisor to manage, coordinate, and support injured workers by delivering improvement initiatives aligned with building leadership capability and worker accountability, and form key requirements to meeting improved health performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the injury management processes and cases across MinRes, including injury reporting, return to work and active claims management (work & non work related)
- Manage a caseload of WorkCover claims by providing expertise in all aspects of return to work (RTW) programs, including complex cases, play a critical role in managing early intervention programs and build productive working relationships with divisional staff, managers and external stakeholders
- Establish return to work programs with the consultation of medical and allied health providers and stakeholders
- Analyse data from operations and monitor progress on implementation of key health risk reduction initiatives
- Coordinate the development and ongoing review of wellbeing policies and procedures for IM & WC services, ensuring that review timeframes are adhered to.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Health/Science/Biomedical/Allied Health/equivalent
- Extensive knowledge ISO450001 (Quality Management systems)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of clinical governance, safety and quality requirements
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement / Accreditation systems as applied to industrial and high-risk settings.
