- $28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights)

Additional information
- These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50 hrs/fortnight
- Applications close Wednesday 22 Oct 2025
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
About this work area
As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
As a Sales Co-worker you are or have
- Passionate about home furnishings and appreciator of quality focusing on maintaining a high level of product knowledge and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.
- A strong customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
- A ‘Togetherness’ mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own tasks.
- Clear and concise communication skills, a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA IT systems and tools.
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
