**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of TGE’s Courier Applications portfolio.
- Drive system stability, performance, and security across all Courier platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.
- Oversee enhancement releases and project delivery in partnership with vendor teams.
- Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and proactively mitigate risks.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in customer and digital solution development.
- Experience with React Framework, Frontend and backend communicating via API calls
- API calls and backend code, integration in Python 3.12
- MySQL 8.4+, Linux 9.5 and Ansible playbooks
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.
- Understanding of transport management systems and cyber security best practices - nice to have
