Courier Applications Manager

Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Courier Applications Manager to lead the technical strategy and delivery of our freight systems portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing critical applications that power our transport management, pickup and delivery orchestration, and customer-facing platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of TGE's Courier Applications portfolio.

• Drive system stability, performance, and security across all Courier platforms.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions.

• Oversee enhancement releases and project delivery in partnership with vendor teams.

• Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and proactively mitigate risks.

• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in customer and digital solution development.

• Experience with React Framework, Frontend and backend communicating via API calls

• API calls and backend code, integration in Python 3.12

• MySQL 8.4+, Linux 9.5 and Ansible playbooks

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.

• Background in software development, data analysis, and QA testing.

• Understanding of transport management systems and cyber security best practices - nice to have
