- Produce, manage and reporting of boat show and event budgets
- Post event reporting
- Communicate with our dealer representatives, both locally and internationally, on boat show and event planning and requirements
- Co-ordination and dispatch of boat show and event materials required by dealer partners for local use
- Manage our boat show and event calendar ensuring all details are up to date on our brand website and communicated with our team
- Management, storage and maintenance of boat show equipment and photo shoot props
- Drive continual improvement in overall presentation standards for all boat shows and events
- Continually monitor costs and drive better value from suppliers for all boat shows
- Monitor supplier quality and delivery and remain open to new opportunities and alternatives

We are now seeking a boat show and events officer to work with our exceptional in-house brand and communications team of seven full-time marketing professionals and several external contracted partners.

The primary objectives of this role are to plan, coordinate and remotely manage logistics for our major international boat shows in Cannes, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. In addition, planning and management of the onsite move-in and move-out of our local boat show at Sanctuary Cove and our owners Festival of Boating event that runs in parallel to the show is required. Finally, a number of other events are conducted over the course of the year ranging from owner events to dealer conferences to new model releases that also require coordination and management assistance.

This is a full-time position based on the Gold Coast and has a February 1st start date. Salary will in-line with experience.
