This global company is a large multi-national company which has grown significantly over the years through mergers and acquisitions. Their business has three core arms; Rare Diseases; General Medicine and Specialty Care. Their Australian affiliate plays an integral role in their global success which includes R&D, manufacturing and commercial. Their business is established and their culture is dynamic where you will need to support a significant sized team. Due to business growth, they are in search of a CRM Specialist to join their team. Their offices are located in Melbourne CBD.
Reporting to Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
- developing and executing CRM solutions to support business strategy
- interpreting and presenting CRM data insights to influence business planning
- identify areas of enhancement for customer targeting, profiling and analytics
- leading, championing and driving best practice of the Veeva platform
- supporting your sales and marketing team in developing and executing strategy
To be considered for this role, you will have
- extensive experience in a CRM focussed SFE role
- proven experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries
- a deep understanding of commercial and medical teams
- sound ability to manipulate, interpret and communicate data
- be an innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills
- excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership qualities
