**Position**

The position of **NSW State Manager** is now available.

In this role, you will carry out the below:

- Provide leadership, direction and motivation to the NSW internal and external sales teams
- Responsible achieving financial targets and KPI's
- Coordinate all sales activities for the region and ensuring performance against financial targets
- Day-to-day decision making in line with company values and strategic direction
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Performance manage staff as required
- Recruiting of staff, including interviews and headhunting of effective staff

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in business management in the **Security** or **Electronics** industry
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, under direction of Senior Management and independently
- Proven ability to prioritise a high workload and deal with competing demands
