Your Opportunity As a NSW State Manager, you will be a driving force in achieving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region.

Key Responsibilities Inspiring Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers and store tean.
Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing Lovisa's best practices for shrinkage reduction.
Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
State Oversight: Manage all stores within your state, ensuring they meet Lovisa's high standards and achieve growth targets.
What You'll Bring To Lovisa We're looking for an inspiring leader who's as passionate about fashion and customer service as we are.
To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least five+ years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of sites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
A strong understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to continual improvement.
Flexibility and a readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required Available Monday-Friday Skills For Success Multi-site management experience within fashion retail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Strong people management and performance development skills.
Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving results.
A genuine passion for fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
