**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and plans upgrades, changes, or implementations for System Center Configuration Manager Components while following established change control procedures
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing Configuration management for the project and/or organization maintaining the resulting product throughout its lifecycle
- Through understanding of enterprise data center technologies such as networking, data security, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), SAN and physical datacenter best practices sufficient to resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems, and administer and support technical operating system and enterprise data
- Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment
- Lead and drive definition, implementation and enforcement of systems administration operational processes, procedures, policies and associated documentation
- Research, identify, and drive the implementation of innovative approaches to system administration tasks with a focus on automation, error reduction and service improvement
- Monthly deployment of security patches to Windows Servers
- Communicate with a wide variety of users from executives to individual users

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, and Jira in large enterprise environments.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (Win10/11) with experience in software installation and virtual desktop management (Citrix).
- Familiarity with MS Excel for reporting and data management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a “can-do” attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High-quality interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to think on your feet and quickly adapt to evolving requirements and challenges.

**Preferred Skills**:
Expertise in **Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)**

Experience with **ServiceNow** and **Jira** in large enterprise environments

Proficiency in **Windows OS (Windows 10/11)** - installation, configuration, and patch management

Knowledge of **Active Directory** (Windows AD environment administration)

Familiarity with **Citrix** or **virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)** environments

Intermediate proficiency in **PowerShell** scripting and automation

Knowledge of **MS Excel** for data reporting and management
