**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an**Asset Officer** to be part of our Business Services Unit, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Asset Officer provides professional support in all aspects of asset management, working with business units to ensure the correct actions are performed at each stage of an asset's life cycle.

**Target Question 1**:
Working as the Asset Officer you are required to communicate effectively with all staff, some who have no knowledge or experience using the asset management system. Demonstrate how you would use your customer service skills to obtain information from staff and coordinate asset management activities within the Command.

**Target Question 2**:
The Asset Officer is required to assist with corporate projects, they will need to assist with the planning and procurement of assets within a project context and will need to manage workload to meet corporate timeframes. Using your experience please outline how you will meet these challenges.
