Leading transport infrastructure business based in Southern Sydney on the lookout for a Data Asset Officer to join the team.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize documentation and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and personnel files.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and vendors.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Ensure the integrity and compliance with contract specifications for data collection contracts, including auditing and benchmarking data to enable the development of an informed asset management program.
- Manage shared mailbox, provide responses to internal and external requests, and triage for asset review and assessment.
- Provide assessment reports and analysis to assist in rational project selection, and asset and network performance evaluation.
- Measure required documents against a checklist and analyse which data is missing

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
