You will be working alongside an experienced mortgage broker, delivering exceptional customer service and following up on client enquiries.

The role requires high attention to detail, speedy delivery and professional client interaction. You will need to be able to multi-task, cope with tight deadlines and prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**A typical day looks like**:

- Monitor and manage offshored teams to ensure data entry, document collection and verification are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with Missing Information Request (MIR) from lenders to obtain approval.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and appropriate third parties to ensure timely approval and settlement.
- Support the mortgage broker in various administrative tasks.
- Help deliver a personable and professional service for clients.

**What would make you a perfect fit?**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a broker support role.
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking Management or similar will be highly regarded.
- Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is what you are known for.
- Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast-paced environment.
- You must have excellent customer relationship skills and be able to nurture customers throughout their entire finance journey.
- You have a genuine desire to support and help others and have a natural talent to problem-solve.
- You are comfortable learning new systems and ways of working.
- You have a can-do attitude and keen to make the customer experience the best it can be.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
