We are partnering with a terrific global consumer goods company. With sustainability at their core, they produce a range of personal hygiene products that we all need in everyday life. They hold themselves to a high bar in relation to corporate ethics and integrity, making us proud to partner with them. They have a substantial presence across Australia and a footprint that includes manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

We’re looking for someone who is a seasoned Talent professional, ideally with experience in a multinational corporate environment, so you bring an understanding of the nuances and complexities that exist in that setting. If you have prior experience with a consumer goods/FMCG/manufacturing business, then awesome. However, what’s critically important is your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and looking for opportunities to improve efficiencies and at times challenge the status quo.

If you’re looking for flexibility, you’ve got it in droves, the key themes here are autonomy and accountability. You’ll split your time between WFH and two southeastern locations (2 days in the office) with support to manage life commitments as you need it.
