**YOUR ROLE**

Step into this Finance Analyst role to develop, maintain and continuously improve governance processes for all IAG Subsidiaries including processes to ensure investments from a Group perspective remain aligned to purpose, aligned to strategy, in compliance with policies, within risk appetite and generating appropriate financial returns for the level of risk.

You will manage the preparation of CFO & Board papers in relation to Payment Times Reporting Scheme, provide ad hoc accounting support to Group Finance, drafting accounting position papers, half yearly commentary, liaising with stakeholders across the business and ensuring compliance with IAG Group Accounting Policies and the Payment Times Reporting Scheme regulations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to Payment Times Reporting
- Experience in drafting reports to management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large sets of data
- Strong knowledge of finance reporting systems and frameworks
- Understanding of business and financial impacts of operational decisions
- Tertiary qualifications, i.e., Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified
- Relevant professional membership and certifications
