About the Role
As a Cost Associate within the Institutional team, you’ll play a key role in helping to be responsible in driving continuous improvement of cost processes to extract efficiencies, ensuring the optimisation of controls, management of risks, points of friction and governance obligations are met on a continuous basis; drawing on Cost CoE process experts to build a first class capability in Finance, focusing on best practice cost management and consistency of implementation across all Divisions in collaboration with relevant GPOs.

What will your day look like?
**As a Cost Associate Institutional, you will**:
Ensure management and statutory reporting obligations for cost are adequately met
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and key stakeholders within FPM and GPO communities
Be a positive influence and an integral part of the team including working with the Hub as one team
Maintain cost financial integrity and meet cost-related statutory obligations for the Australia geography
Ensuring load balancing of cost work throughout the month to enable additional capacity to be directed toward continuous process improvement
