As our Asset Manager - Signals, you’ll coordinate the compilation of the Signals Annual Infrastructure Works Plan for delivery. You’ll use your experience and sound knowledge of the Signals discipline to provide an overarching management control and strategic ongoing analysis of Asset Class Strategies (ACS), in accordance with the Asset Management Excellence Framework and Objectives.

To excel in this position you’ll need to be autonomous, resilient, and have a focussed working style to demonstrate continuous strategic improvement for the safe operation of assets, and minimise Infrastructure vulnerabilities.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Coordinate the compilation of the Signals Annual Works Plan through use of SME.-
- Provide SME on the relevant Asset Class Strategy and associated content.-
- Seek and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the asset class and associated strategic content is effectively controlled.-
- Develop a robust project review process within the Asset Class, embedding learning to improve asset performance and optimisation through continuous improvement.-
- Liaise with Infrastructure Delivery Managers and other stakeholders to ensure robust mechanisms and lines of communication exist relating to Lifecycle Asset Management.-
- Continue to develop and enhance Lifecycle Cost models in the Asset Class to support strategic operational planning, assessment, and forecasting.-
- Monitor, report, and assess performance of the asset base to identify performance trends and implement solutions for continuous improvement via the Asset Class Strategies.**About you**:
- Experience in Signal Asset Management - mandatory.-
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Sciences or Business management.-
- Strong knowledge base of Signals discipline.-
- Experience in engineering/process concepts and asset management systems.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk software.-
- Driven and passionate about creating and maintaining methodical and efficient processes that will deliver accurate business information.-
- An expert in stakeholder management, with the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines.-
