The ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Logistics Team operates within the Corporate and Technology Division, Information Services of PM&C, responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and management of ICT assets across local, regional, and remote areas. **What you will do**

The ICT Logistics Team operates within the Corporate and Technology Division, Information Services of PM&C, responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and management of ICT assets across local, regional, and remote areas.

Duties include:

- Manage shipping of ICT Assets, and delivery of ICT products to local, regional and remote areas.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICT stock, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of ICT assets.
- Track and control stock levels, ensuring accuracy and minimising discrepancies.
- Assist with Incident management and request fulfilment for staff
- Win 10 and O365 System Administration
- Application Support including Office 2016
- Knowledge Base Development
- Connect and test ICT equipment; undertake basic fault finding, sanitise and disposal of ICT equipment.
- Check and update workplace IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment information.
- Deploy workstations, remove workstations; send and receive equipment to/from interstate offices and events.
- Count incoming stock, reconcile it with requisitions, and update inventory and stock location records.
- Assist with the management and tracking of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide training to staff on the handling and maintenance of ICT equipment.
- Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems to support the efficient tracking of IT assets.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting future equipment needs based on usage trends.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the maintenance and repair of ICT equipment.
- Participate in audits and reviews of inventory management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support the transition of equipment between various projects and teams, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of assets.
