ICT Logistics Coordinator

This is a critical position that ensures timely provisioning, deployment, recovery, and compliance of ICT hardware and peripheral equipment across multiple locations.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of technical support staff members
- Managing ICT equipment returns and urgent dispatch requests efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments to meet business needs
- Creating and managing asset transfer orders and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Liaising with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate inventory replenishments and maintain accurate records
- Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of assets
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, and dashboard creation
- Experience supervising technical staff and coordinating logistics across multiple locations effectively
- ICT Equipment Management: Ensure timely provisioning, deployment, recovery, and compliance of ICT hardware and peripheral equipment
- Stock Replenishment: Coordinate inventory replenishments to meet business needs and maintain accurate records
- ServiceNow Management: Create and manage asset transfer orders and dashboards in ServiceNow
- User Support: Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow
