Position Overview:

Senior Consultant - Talent Acquisition with HR Management Expertise is a senior-level position that requires expertise in both talent acquisition and HR management.

We are seeking ICT Warehouse/Assets Manager candidates for our Federal Government Client who can manage ICT warehouse operations, including imaging, dispatch, and returns of hardware assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ICT warehouse operations, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, and incident resolution using ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate shipping portals and manage consignment tracking and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing ICT warehouse operations.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows and dashboard creation.
  • Familiarity with shipping portals and ability to manage consignment tracking and reporting.

Job Description:
