Full Job Description

We work with a large range of commercial and residential design and construction firms, project management consultancies and building services, including a handful of Australia and New Zealand’s household names.
Our Perth based client is currently looking for experienced Architectural Designers that have modular design experience designs. These contract roles will start in January 2021, and will be long term rolling contracts.
If you are an experienced Architectural Designer/Drafter or Structural Drafter, and have strong experience with modular design please read on.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and developing on already existing Modular Infrastructure designs
- Liaising with key stakeholders on design changes and alters
- Provide high detailed Modular Designs
- You will be required to work alongside a team to ensure projects are meeting timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Modular experience
- 5+ years within the same or similar role
- Diploma or higher qualification within relevant field
- Previous Architecture experience (Desirable)
- Experience across mining industry (Desirable)
