Our client is a Global Multi-national Logistics Service Provider who provide world class global logistics solutions to their clients. Their unique global position has resulted in substantial growth within the APAC region, and they have enhanced their service capabilities within the WA market securing a global contract with a high-profile Oil & Gas Organization to provide the supply of logistic services for Australian based offshore drilling rigs.

Working alongside the Operational Account Manager, this role focuses on Export & Logistical

**What you will be doing**
- Collaborating with clients to understand their project cargo logistics requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project logistics plans, outlining the transportation, routing, and delivery of oversized, heavy, or specialized cargo.
- Liaise with service providers to negotiate rates, secure equipment, and book cargo space for project shipments.
- Prepare and review all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and certificates of origin.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure synchronized and efficient project logistics execution and provide world class customer service to our clients

This is a complex supply chain that requires exceptional attention to detail, solid organisational skills, and sound knowledge of export operations.

**Who you are**
- Experienced Freight Forwarding professional with minimum of two

years in the industry.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations, international

shipping practices, and customs procedures.
- Career orientated person who would like to gain project management experience and take the next step in their career.
- Highly organised, quick thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
- Looking for a stable, professional, and supportive workplace working alongside a very capable and knowledgeable leader
