**Essendon Ford is looking for a Receptionist to join our sales team in Essendon Fields.**

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who understands the importance of customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our highly valued customers, either in person or over the phone.

This exciting position goes beyond the role of Receptionist / Concierge as it requires you to give service beyond expectations to all our valued customers.

**Duties will include**:

- 4x weekdays & 1x Saturday
- Managing reception including all incoming calls
- Accurate recording and relaying of messages
- Logging all sales enquiries & floor traffic
- Monitoring the flow of dealership floor traffic
- General house keeping
- Preparing various sales reports

**Do you have?**
- An approachable and positive personality
- Previous reception experience in a high volume retail business is highly desirable
- Professional & engaging telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail & professional personal presentation
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
