As a **National Quality Manager**, you will play a pivitol role in the management team and work closely with various departments across the business.

Reporting directly to the National General Manager of Operations, your role will involve;
- Oversee quality assurance teams to ensure activity levels are maintained
- Support national compliance programs and systems
- Identify emerging food safety and regulatory issues and assess impact to the business
- Develop & implement the technical strategic direction of the company
- Ensure compliance of safety standards & risk assessment management
- Work closely with QA team to deliver new technologies & preservatives

**About you;**
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience within food manufacturing (essential)
- Relevant qualifications in food science or similar
- Ability to think differently & inspire
- Great communication skills, with the capability to engage
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
