Our client is a 100% Australian Owned Company and are one of the largest independently owned cheese processors in the country. An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Procurement Manager (Packing & Dry Goods) **to join their NSW business on a permanent basis.

**The role;**
- Purchasing & sourcing of products in a cost effective, timely manner
- Management of stock levels in packaging & dry goods stores
- Investigating order discrepancies
- Liaise with external suppliers in regards to any quality control issues & supplier performance
- Work closely with QC department to ensure quality, service & supply is maintained
- Develop project timelines for packaging initiatives/activities
- Communicating risks & mitigation plans

**About you;**
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (preferably in dairy, beverage or FMCG industry)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or similar
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong time management & negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
