Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Campaign Coordinator to the join team. The Campaign Coordinator will help develop and manage campaigns for the FC and Apex Legends franchises within Asia. You will be an essential contributor to the broader Asia Marketing Organisation. The projects you will help to build will improve our ways of working and drive collaboration across the Marketing, Commercial and Franchise teams. You will report into the Player Strategist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collate agenda items, minuting actions, reports and deliverables for meetings
- Work with the Player Strategist to enhance and refine internal planning processes
- Support marketing teams with go-to-market executional needs where required
- Lead and maintain our Airtable campaign management processes
- Assist the Player Strategist with ad-hoc data requests
- Become a power user of our marketing tools and provide best practice guidance to others

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in admin, marketing or event assistance role
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Comfortable working with data sets and building reports
- Experience using Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Experience working with project management tools will be highly regarded
