**About The Role?**

We are currently seeking Early Childhood Educators to join our team in a full-time role working Monday to Friday.

**The Role Will Entail**:

- Developing Secure and Supportive Relationships with children and being able to Communicate and Support Families
- Mentoring your team of Educators whilst being part of a large team dynamic
- Responsible for keeping records and paperwork up to date
- Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Services Philosophy whilst following the Regulations and National Quality Standards
- A sound understanding and knowledge of early childhood development with the ability to follow a detailed developmentally appropriate program for children 0 - 6 years of age
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
- **You will already have the following**:_
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card or willing to attain one before commencement.
- **Desirable**:_
- Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- A good level of computer literacy
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
