We are seeking an experienced **Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout their solar journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products, services, and installation process.
- Manage customer concerns and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales teams, installers, and admin staff to ensure customers are kept informed and updated.
- Process customer documentation, contracts, and warranty registrations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Proactively follow up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Skills & Qualifications
- **Minimum 5 years’ experience** in a customer service, support, or call centre role (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proven track record in handling escalations and resolving customer issues.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong computer literacy with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- **Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.**
