Backed by over 30 years’ combined industry experience, our company exists to help Australians on their cleaner energy journey.** **Solar Battery Group** is seeking a **Customer Support Consultant** to join our team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Support Manager, this role will involve daily management of enquiries from our clients as we continue to grow and launch new products into the market. **Responsibilities include**: Hardware & Software troubleshooting, maintenance & configuration. Organise your day, including tracking and responding customers to provide solutions. Regular meetings and reporting to your manager to ensure service standards and expectations are met. Identifying and monitoring emerging issues while executing proactive measures for resolution Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and products Contribute to an emerging and exciting industry. **Skills & Experience**: Previous experience in a similar customer support role. Experience in IT support or similar role preferred but not essential. High aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving. Technically savvy would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying communication styles. Excellent attention to detail. Be a self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision Establishing a positive "can do attitude" and an eagerness tolearn new processes **What we offer** Ongoing secure full time employment Full onsite training provided Supportive team environment.
