**Job Description** Day to day will look like but won’t be limited to**:

- Collaborate with shoot crews to identify and assess potential venues.
- Manage locations to meet production standards.
- Work closely with the Unit Manager to plan and book travel, including allowances, flights, and accommodation.
- Track budgets and reconcile expenses.
- Update databases for shoot locations, crew, passports, and allowances.
- Set up projects in Avid, ingest and sync rushes.
- Source and ingest footage for the edit team.
- Run autocue for introduction recordings
- Source and book actors and props for recreation shoots.

**Qualifications** What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Previous experience in a production assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in database management.
- Familiarity with Avid and post-production processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
