**About the role**:

- Supporting the Assistant Gaming Managers in the execution of business objectives
- Contributes to the optimal performance of gaming operations
- Motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve and deliver guest excellence
- Promoting a positive working relationship across the team
- Ensuring the integrity of the company & table games operations
- Available to work in a rotating 24/7 roster

**What does it take?**
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of casino rules, regulations and reporting requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous Table Games experience working in a Casino Industry
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining game integrity
