The opportunity
Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) has a fantastic opportunity to join our Central Operations team in our Brisbane Support Offices as a Central Operations Assistant.
The role of the Central Operations Assistant is to support the Central Ops department in a range of administrative tasks, with a goal of maximising the efficiency of our club teams and support office as they pursue improved performance (EBITDA) and wider company objectives.

Key duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for all staff and complimentary membership creation, termination, renewal and changes including “Plus 1” memberships
- Timely management of the activation of staff logins for the CRM
- Updating staff authority levels for billing provider
- Enter, update, transfer and terminate corporate memberships in accordance with client requests and contractual terms
- Generation of subsidised client reports to provide accurate data for monthly invoicing
- Inbox management
- Support in the maximisation of the efficiency of company processes
- Available to assist with reviewing and identify alerts which flag tailgating instances within a 3-5 day period
- Issuing penalties to members in breach of tailgating policies, while maintaining 50% compliance with penalty system after member communication and review

About you
This role would suit an individual with the ability to adopt a personalised and confident approach to communication with staff and members to give them comfort that their request will be completed accurately and efficiently. You will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of club processes, an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks of high priority simultaneously.

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous administration experience, including Microsoft Suite and SharePoint experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Proven attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously whilst prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes
- Excellent data entry skills - including speed and accuracy
