**Job Description**:
As a Barista - Food and Beverage Attendant in Suzette, you will demonstrate a passion for fine food and beverage and quality speciality coffee, a desire to create memorable dining experiences, the ability to learn and develop your skills, and immaculate personal presentation. In return, you will become an admired culinary professional, progressing your fine dining, guest service skills while being part of an iconic Brisbane hotel offering worldwide employment and travel opportunities through Sofitel and Accor.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, positive attitude, immaculate personal presentation and the ability to say “Bonjour” is a must.

What you will be doing:

- Welcome guests, take orders, and process payments, while paying attention to the fine details
- Prepare and serve beverages such as espresso-based drinks, tea and other speciality beverages
- Maintain hygienic food service standards in the service areas and keep equipment clean throughout the day
- Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly
- Provide phenomenal service to our guests while working well with others as a team player.

**Qualifications**:
What we want from you:

- Availability to start work at either 5:30AM or 6AM
- Must be available on weekends as this is our busiest time
- Passion for fine food and beverage and quality speciality coffee
- Experience in using commercial coffee machines and brewing equipment
- Hospitality qualifications or equivalent experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with guests to ensure they have a memorable experience
- Time management and organisational skills
- A professional, outgoing demeanour.
