**Operations Manager | 0.4 FTE**

UFS Dispensaries is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced manager to join the team as Operations Manager, on a part time basis (2 days per week). Job sharing with another Operations Manager, the portfolio of this role encompasses managing all daily operations of 6 locations across our group.

**The Role**:
The role has a strong focus on people and communication across the business, financial and business analysis, and problem solving, particularly relating to complex management of issues arising at pharmacies. The role also acts as a conduit between other central departments and pharmacy teams.

The incumbent is required to liaise appropriately with external stakeholders and industry bodies to promote and grow the business. The Operations Managers will have a focus on business development and project management within UFS Pharmacies. A strong focus on leadership, communication, collaboration and clear direction is critical to the success of this role.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring that all operational aspects of the pharmacy business support members and customers by providing the highest level of customer service.
- Ensure pharmacies are appropriately staffed and resourced.
- KPIs across designated pharmacies.
- Development of UFS policies and procedures.
- Work with pharmacy managers to reach financial targets and develop plans to drive business performance.
- Identify and address opportunities for continual improvement.
- Project Management and Reporting

**Mandatory skills and experience include**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably healthcare, business or management)
- Operational management experience at a senior level in a relevant field
- Leadership and people management experience and skills
- A record of achievement in operations and/or project management
- Demonstrated integrity, and an understanding of, and commitment to, the purpose and guiding principles of UFS
- Budget-setting skills
- Analytical skills
- People skills and influencing skills, across a range of professional disciplines and different stakeholders.

Experience in Pharmacy or health related sectors is preferable.
