**About you**:
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about conservation, land management and working collaboratively. Your planning skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your team will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment. To be successful in the role, you will also have:

- Strong communications skills and the ability to coordinate and facilitate workshops comprised of various stakeholder groups.
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders of management planning, particularly First Nation communities.
- Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
- High level writing and data presentation skills.
- Mapping skills.
