**Role Overview**: As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s commercial client claims management process. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive investigations, evaluating complex damages, and delivering precise and timely settlement recommendations. This role will require collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders, an in-depth analysis of policy terms, and ensuring the equitable resolution of claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead in-depth investigations into commercial insurance claims, unraveling intricate details to ascertain the extent of losses.
- Collaborate closely with business owners, legal professionals, engineers, and other specialists to gather pertinent information.
- Scrutinize intricate policy terms and conditions, accurately interpreting coverage applicability.
- Produce comprehensive reports outlining the results of your investigations and assessments.
- Estimate and assess losses, including property damage, business interruption, liability, and more.
- Strategically negotiate with high-level claimants, policyholders, and legal representatives to achieve optimal settlements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the field of commercial loss adjustment.
- Uphold exceptional client relations through timely, professional, and informative communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Appropriate qualifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Proven track record of 2+ years as a Commercial Loss Adjuster or in a similar claims role.
- Advanced comprehension of commercial insurance policies, coverage intricacies, and contractual agreements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, particularly in complex scenarios.
- Detail-oriented mindset, proficient at managing multiple intricate cases simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and claims management tools.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications.
