**Full-Time Office All Rounder - Onsite**
Rapid Quarries is seeking an experienced **full-time Office All Rounder** to join our team **working from our office**. As a small but growing business established in 2019, we are looking for someone who can manage the essential administration required to run our operations and grow with us as our company expands.

**Role Overview**
This is a hands-on, full-time office role where you will manage a range of administrative and operational tasks to support our team. You will be an integral part of our day-to-day operations, with the opportunity to develop your role as the business grows.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Bank Reconciliation using Xero
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Customer invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Basic reporting as required (Xero & Excel)
- Internal documentation and policy creation
- Ad hoc operational and sales support tasks

**Skills & Experience Requirements**
- Proven experience with Xero
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Accurate typing and attention to detail
- Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
