
Office Administration Assistant

**About the role**:
- Efficiently perform general office administration and accounts tasks such as creation of quotes and invoices
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling in job appointments as directed
- Data entry using Xero Accounting Package
- Liaising daily with management for priority of tasks and any ad hoc duties
- Miscellaneous admin duties
**You will need**:
- To be Organised
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Positive attitude with a great work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Word & Outlook
- Attention to detail, initiative, and an ability to prioritise and solve problems
- Experience in industry highly regarded

**Salary**: $44,940.20 - $71,893.89 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
