As part of this vision, we are seeking a Risk Management Advisor who can partner with our team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.
**What You Will Be Working On**
As the Risk Management Advisor within the Corporate Strategy and Performance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring, reporting, and analysis of risk management activities and outcomes. Your responsibilities will encompass the following key objectives:
- Enhancing Strategic Outcomes and Service Delivery through delivery of a risk management system which is fit for purpose
- Fostering a Risk-Aware Culture through facilitating and delivering workshops that engage others in proactively managing their risks
- Work to deliver robust Business Continuity Programs
- Collaborating with others to develop our Quality Management Processes
**About You**
- Progress towards or possession of a tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering risk management and business continuity services in a diverse organisation.
- High level of interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships across organisations and achieve program outcomes.
- Experience in preparing reports and organisational communications.
- Proficiency in developing and facilitating engagement activities to build capability in risk management.
