As a Manager Corporate Strategy and Performance, you will tackle diverse and impactful projects that address the needs of our community. From strategic planning and risk assessment to performance reporting, your work will be purposeful and rewarding.

- Salary of **$105,166.02 - $136,115.84 per annum** plus super
- Permanent full-time
- Flexibility of 9 day fortnight

**What You Will Be Working On**:
As a forward-thinking and future-oriented professional, you will guide City’s projects from inception to completion. This requires employing strategies that address complexity, aligning them with our Program of Works and strategic vision. You will be able to implement your company - wide vision to ensure project compliance with City protocols, governance structures, and statutory requirements.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to coordinate and align our program and project management activities to delivering seamless community outcomes.
By actively participating in strategic planning and fostering a culture of innovation, you will empower your team to achieve exceptional results.
In addition, you will lead corporate reporting program that monitors our progress, tracks benefits realisation, and celebrates successes. By integrating legislation, policies, and programs, you will ensure that our reporting is accessible, accurately reflects our achievements and supports evidence-based decision-making across the City.
**What Type Of Person Will Be Successful**:
To excel in this role you will be a visionary who is excited about an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and build holistic processes, push through boundaries, influence and advocate. You understand the complexity of the processes and have the ability to make them accessible and simple. Significant exposure to Project Management and an accreditation or qualification in a related discipline will support this.
You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and have passion for building team’s capability.
This role will require rational thinking and planning skills to support the ever-changing environment and ability to maintain an organisation-wide vision.
You will be excited about the challenge to support projects for one of the fastest local governments in WA. Your previous experience in local or state government will be desirable to support your success.
