**Educator - Inspire and Empower Young Minds**

**What We Do**:
We deliver two unique programs to primary schools:

- Public Speaking: Build children’s confidence and communication skills. Help them craft speeches and stories that captivate and inspire.
- Mighty Me: Foster emotional intelligence through lessons in resilience, empathy, and gratitude. Teach children skills for positive self-talk and thoughtful decision-making.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Enthusiasm for working with children
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience or interest in education, drama, or related fields
- Shifts available across Monday to Thursday ~2:50 - ~5:05pm

**Your Role**:

- Facilitate interactive sessions for primary-aged students before and after school hours (2-3 sessions per week, ~2 hours each)
- Prepare the classroom for engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate with other educators to deliver our curriculum
- Support classroom management to ensure sessions run smoothly

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Fixed shift
- No weekends
- Weekends only
