**Aboriginal Identified - Project Coordinator Community Engagement**

**$132,022 package includes salary ($108,494 - $116,838), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading**

**The TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoE),** are National Centres of Excellence, a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement.

MCoEs are an innovative education model to tackle the manufacturing skills challenge for NSW and Australia. Located in Western Sydney, the Hunter, and the Illawarra, each centre specialises in different areas. These include advanced manufacturing with robotics and 3D printing, supporting clean energy in net zero manufacturing and sustainable manufacturing practices, supporting the heavy manufacturing industry, and supporting new and existing workforce build the skills they need for the future.

By partnering with other CoEs, TAFES, universities, and industry, these nationally networked centres ensure training aligns with real-world job requirements. The MCoEs offer short courses, microskills, and will soon deliver higher apprenticeships to help individuals become job-ready or enhance their skills for future opportunities.

**About the Role**

As Project Coordinator - Community Engagement, you will build meaningful partnerships with industry and Aboriginal communities to strengthen connections with the MCoE. You will support place-based engagement initiatives that raise awareness, foster trust, and encourage community participation in a range of opportunities offered through the MCoE.

Your work will support the delivery of projects that encourage participation in training and help ensure our Centres of Excellence are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with community and industry needs.

**About You**

You possess exceptional communication skills, are analytical, organized, and a natural problem solver. You thrive on building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team, and taking initiative.

You have proven experience in delivering customer communications and engagement strategies within a large education or training service delivery organization or a similar environment.

**To be successful in this role you will hold a**:

- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Significant experience relevant to project management and administration and exposure to project management tools and significant competency in Microsoft Excel.

**Highly Regarded**:

- Experience in community engagement, including designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to make evidence-based recommendations.
