**Your next opportunity with O’Brien will encompass sustainability across the business within three key areas, environment, emissions, and education & reporting.**

**You will report to the Head of Safety and partner with key business key stakeholders across Australia, including travel to various sites.**

**About the role**:

- Oversee the establishment of a sustainable business approach in collaboration with key stakeholders within O’Brien and our global parent company Belron
- Deliver a range of strategically relevant projects that drive the organisation's overall progress against all three key areas of being environment, emissions, and education & reporting.
- Deliver compliance for environmental systems and practices through the development of the O’Brien Sustainability Management System
- Deliver against KPI’s through engagement initiatives and via co-developing and driving strategic project delivery
- Support and communicate with relevant stakeholders across all sustainability initiatives
- Ensure the business meets all sustainability legislative requirements and all systems, processes, and reporting are established and maintained accurately

**About you**:

- Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a sustainability or related role
- Experience in the development and maintenance of manuals, policies, and practices
- Strong stakeholder partnering and negotiation skills, to drive key outcomes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- High-level understanding of environmental reporting standards and certifications in line with maintaining compliance and the management system
- Experience in sustainability reporting, including greenhouse gas, inventory management, and data capturing
