About the role
The Enterprise Governance Coordinator supports the delivery of enterprise level governance for the Executive team. You will support governance activities by providing stakeholders with deadlines, tracking agenda items, creating meeting packs, quality checking outputs and scheduling meetings.
This is a permanent position based at 700 Collins Street with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage meetings for a variety of executive meetings and project steering committees
- Maintain forward agendas and track actions to close
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate paper submissions
- Prepare and quality-check meeting packs, ensuring all presentations, papers, and communications are professional and error-free
- Support reporting and drive continuous improvement in governance forums
About You
- Experienced in administrative, governance or project support positions with engineering or technical environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Effective managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) with experience tailoring presentations and visualising data for diverse stakeholders
