**About the Team**

Our Product team is the beating heart of MYOB. From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it’s made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences.

**The opportunity**

You’ll be part of our Product Platform, leading an area of the business responsible for some of MYOB's most exciting and a critical services. You'll work across multiple product lines and have the opportunity to build and deliver phenomenal product experiences for customers.

**The Role**

As an experienced Product Manager you will be responsible for product planning and implementation throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements. Working with the Platform Lead to define the strategy for your product and working closely with development, customer marketing and customer success teams to ensure the success of your product lines. Proven ability to multi-task, establish priorities and self-motivate

**What we'd love you to bring**
- Proven capability leading a sophisticated product roadmap that balances short-term opportunities with longer-term strategic activities
- Experience engaging with customers to validate product ideas (including usability research and idea validation)
- Ability to process and translate customer and stakeholder needs into technical scope and work closely with technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
- Knowledge of Data Brokerage, Identity Software providers and Open API Software providers in market is advantageous
