**About The Role**

You will be a leader in business payments and joining Australasia's largest fuel card network. Your role will focus on a significant part of the ANZ's product suite. Setting strategy, delivering market leading products in one or more of fuel, back office payments and launching our EV solutions to support vehicle fleets as they transition from fossil to electric. You will build out multi-year product roadmaps, understand what our customers love about our products, how they use them, how they contribute to the success of our organisation and what regional and global trends might influence our strategy and direction.

**You will inspire customer led initiatives that deliver seamless experiences whilst aligning to company strategy and delivering commercial growth.**

**Your Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Be responsible for the full lifecycle for one or more of FLEETCOR ANZ's payment products, including fuel, EV and back office B2B payments. From product strategy through delivery and ongoing product management, to potential product retirement.
- Have a deep understanding of market, trends, competitors, regulations, and market size. Align opportunities to business strategy, capability and execution
- Lead planning, budgeting and governance for your products - ensuring the product roadmap is prioritised, in line with organisational objectives and proposition priorities, constantly looking for synergies between the different products and key dependencies
- Establish and understand execution strategy, identify critical success criteria and appropriate approach to resource and delivery, including build, partner or buy approaches
- Lead stakeholder input into the product roadmap - ensuring all key stakeholder groups have been consulted on any proposed changes and communicating the product roadmap to the business and key customers
- Lead product development of your product through research & empathy interviews, ideation, prototyping, test and deployment of MVP and final solutions
- Deliver to the product development and management strategy and ensure the organisation adheres to an efficient and effective product development and management framework and practices
- Ensure deep data backing to product performance and improvement opportunities through implementing key success criteria to form a product governance dashboard, monitoring the product performance in business and usage terms
- Develop business cases to support prioritisation of product refinements, fixes and enhancements and lead the deployment process with technical, business and supply partners

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- At least 4-6 years' experience in (digital) Product leadership roles
- Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategies and delivery frameworks, including pipelines and roadmaps.
- Ownership of the end-to-end life cycle of a product and driving performance through KPIs for your products.
- Excellent consultancy skills, including problem solving, analytical and strategy planning skills.
- Proven product management skills, focussed on enablement, coaching, empathy, motivation, self-awareness and authenticity
