**About the team**:
The ANZ Global ecommerce team is in growth mode and our RM team is rapidly expanding. Our Relationship Managers develop long-term partnerships, become trusted advisors and have overall responsibility of driving portfolio growth. We work across a number of verticals including Airlines & Travel, Gambling, Gaming, Crypto, Trading, Retail, BNPL and Digital. This gives the team the opportunity to work on a number of global T1 brands across several different business models.
**What will you be doing**:
Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for driving growth through the sale of products and/or services to existing clients in their specific market and vertical. The role will include responsibility in maintaining and expanding Share of Wallet (SoW) by identifying new or additional business with existing merchant accounts.
- Working with and through internal and external stakeholders to deliver the Worldpay value proposition to our merchants
- Building strong relationships with merchant key contacts (exec and management teams) to develop a deep understanding of their business
- Deliver on annual income budget, retention objectives and growth objective i.e. Account Planning, Commercial and roadmap orientated dialogue, QBRs, follow up, Collaboration with Vertical leads, Delivery and Product Managers to develop solutions and advice
- Overseeing planning and tracking of account activity in CRM
- Ensure pricing and proposed solutions add value for the merchant
- Reviewing merchant business performance vs expectations
- Optimize merchant’s end to end acceptance and Worldpay revenue
- Act as advocate for merchant by proactively driving dialogue to improve ways of working between stakeholders internally and externally
- Monthly portfolio forecasting
