Our Commercial Team provides a best-in-class service to our employees and global organization. We provide support relating to commercial proposals for all product lines. Our team partners with the business to continuously improve our processes and performance.

You will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

As Commercial Proposals Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Developing high volume of proposals for the Services business, assist negotiation with customers, and ensures technical requirements are met.
- Driving competitive pricing, compiling, and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring client advice.
- Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Working on basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Drive actions to adjust where required to deviate from prices and general conditions.
- Handling diverse clients within S&SPS space.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least 4 years’ experience in Commercial/ Tenders/ Proposals
- Have sound oral and written communication skills, in English
- Have experience in analyzing, translating, and completing complex bids/proposals
