We have an exciting opportunity for a **Trainee Employment Coach** to join our **Southport team**. This role offers the chance to build a rewarding career supporting people with disability to develop skills, gain confidence, and achieve their employment goals.

As a Trainee, you’ll complete a **Certificate III in Individual Support (or Community Support)** while gaining valuable hands-on experience. Once you’ve completed your traineeship, there’s potential to progress into a full Employment Coach role.

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment — there will always be another Employment Coach on site — and full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support employees to achieve their workplace and personal development goals.
- Coach and guide individuals through their daily work tasks.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and support internal reporting requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A genuine interest in supporting others to grow and succeed at work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and complete the **Certificate III qualification** as part of the traineeship.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).

Previous experience supporting people or working in a team environment will be highly regarded but is **not essential** — we’ll provide full training and on-the-job learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS clearance.
- National Police clearance.
- Driver's Licence **not** required.
